Marcus - Owner
After working at Fry's Electronics for almost three years repairing computers, I decided to follow my dream of opening my own IT shop, which I had been considering since I was 13 years old. Now I run The Service Department doing what I do best, computer repair.
James - Lead IT Specialist
I joined The Service Department in 2008. Since then I've helped many customers solve a wide variety of problems, both at our office and on-site with our clients as needed.
Nathan - Head DevOps
I manage and upgrade our in-house software and server that help us provide great service to all our customers.
