Store Purchase and Service Policy.
Items purchased from The Service Department are subject to the following:
Prices are final at time of sale. We strive to keep our prices fair and competative based on the technology market. As such we do not offer a price guarantee or price matching. We are glad to accept payment in the form of cash, personal check, or credit card in accordance with the policies listed below. Credit or check-cards must be presented at time of purchase. Due to security requirements by our bank, we are unable to debit a credit card or check-card without the card.

Exchange and Return Policy
1. Exchanges or returns must be made within 15 days of purchase and be accompanied by original store receipt. Item(s) must be in original packaging with original contents such as books, CDs, documentation and must be in sellable condition. The Service Department reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on returned item(s).
2. New and Used compuer systems are subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned or exchanged within 15 days, and must have all original, CD/DVDs, and documentation. No refund or exchange on opened software purchased with a New or Used system.
3 . No exchange or refund on internal components, open software, and special orders unless defective and within 15 days of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
